Customer Service Recognition Program:
Ward is proud to announce that we have implemented a special program where we acknowledge our Customer Service Representatives when they show exceptional customer service with our customers, co-workers, or management.
These reps are dedicated to continuously improving the service they provide and exceeding expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. They may demonstrate excellence in resolving conflicts, solving problems, or facing challenges.
Please help us recognize the Customer Service Representatives who have gone above and beyond to provide you with a level of service you appreciate by submitting their name for nomination below.


Process for Nomination and Selection:
- Nominations may be made throughout the year by any customer, Director of Sales, employee, or fellow rep.
- Complete and submit the form below, giving specific examples of how the Customer Service Representative you wish to nominate has met or exceeded the criteria noted above.
- There will be Quarterly Awards and a Special Customer Service Award given in December for the CSR-of-the-Year!
